SCRA
is an organization whose principal purpose is to support
Second Amendment issues. In January
2004, Guns
Save Life (the Champaign County
Rifle
Association), our sister organization located in Champaign County,
Illinois, invited SCRA
to publish a few pages of Sangamon County
monthly news and commentary in their highly successful GunNews.
SCRA
proudly accepted their invitation and published its
first
pages in GunNews in
March 2004. If you live in this area and share our Second Amendment concerns, we invite you to join us at our regular SCRA meetings on the first Monday of each month at the International Buffet, 2520 North Dirksen Parkway, Springfield at 6:30 PM (5:30 PM for dinner and conversation). The food is great, an endless selection, all you can eat for one low price! You'll have a good time handling the hardware (firearms), talking about the issues and joining in the fun of some great technical presentations. SCRA does not charge membership dues.
